If you're old and very uncool like us, you might not know that a, 'Vlog' is a video version of a, 'Blog', which in old money is a bit like an entry in a travel journal - phew, now that all makes sense.

Every Sunday, we post a new vlog to our YouTube channel, occasionally, we will post a midweek bonus video and they will also be posted here.
